The website provides you with the tools and knowledge
needed to make your personal or professional journey
safe and cost efficient.
WAICU teamed up with a Wisconsin-based leader in the
travel industry – Marathon Travel and Cruise
Shops – to provide this program to WAICU members.
The WAICU Travel Solutions
Program :
- finds you the best airfares
- re-books tickets if your airfare is reduced (credit
voucher placed on file for future travel)
- arranges car rentals and other ground transportation
- makes lodging reservations at hotels with negotiated
WAICU rates
- provides concierge service to make your stay enjoyable
- offers an online booking tool
The WAICU Travel Solutions Program is available to
faculty, staff, students, and their families. A reduced
ticketing fee can be enjoyed whether making your own
plans or using the qualified staff at Marathon Travel
and Cruise Shops.

Faculty and Staff –
