Terms and Conditions

When you book an airline ticket on www.waicutravel.com or with a Travel Guard Business Travel Services Agent, and then find a lower airfare for the same flights, dates, airline and number of travelers on another website, you may be entitled to a $50 coupon per ticket toward your next Travel Guard Business Travel Services purchase.

The fare must be at least $5 less per ticket than the airfare purchased via the Travel Guard Business Travel Services website, www.waicutravel.com or via a Travel Guard Business Travel Services consultant.
The lower total airfare may not include website service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-ticket or other fees.
You must provide the complete web address (URL) where you found the lower airfare and screen shot of the offer including all fees, taxes, and total.
You must file claim by midnight central time of the same day you booked your Travel Guard Business Travel Services flights.

To submit a claim, e-mail Travel Guard Business Travel Services at corporate@marathontravel.com. You must include an itinerary and URL of other booking site where you found the lower fare.

Remember to make a print out or take a screen shot of the page with the lower airfare, either the itinerary confirmation or the summary page just prior to purchase, in case a customer service representative has questions. Expect a response to your claim within 10 business days.

Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Terms and Conditions

The Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise is available to any customer who makes a qualifying airfare purchase through the www.waicutravel.com website or via a Travel Guard Business Travel Services consultant. Qualifying purchase must occur at www.waicutravel.com on/after September 11, 2005.
The Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise applies only to airline tickets purchased on www.waicutravel.com or with a Travel Guard Business Travel Services agent, for travel within the domestic 50 United States, and only for tickets purchased using a valid credit card with a United States billing address.
The Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise applies only to the total airfare and does not apply to differences based on service, booking, processing shipping, paper-ticket and other fees not collected on the airline ticket.
If you find an airfare for the same flights and dates of travel on the same airline, with the same flight numbers, for the same passengers, itinerary, cabin, and subject to the same fare restrictions on any other full service travel web site that is at least $5 lower than the airfare you purchased on the same day on www.waicutravel.com, Travel Guard Business Travel Services will give you a coupon in the amount of $50 for every ticket in your Travel Guard Business Travel Services reservation, redeemable on your next Travel Guard Business Travel Services purchase.
To submit a claim, e-mail Travel Guard Business Travel Services at corporate@marathontrtavel.com. You must include all details including:
- Complete web address (URL) reflecting the lower airfare you found online.
- Total airfare quoted on the other website address for all tickets including taxes (but excluding web site service, booking, processing, shipping, or other fees)
- Itinerary
Your claim must be submitted by midnight central time of the same day you purchased your ticket on www.waicutravel.com. Claims may be submitted only via the online claim form at www.waicutravel.com and not through any other e-mail address or any Travel Guard Business Travel Services phone number.
The Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise applies to lower airfares of $5 or greater found on another full-service travel web site or airline website. The confirmed airfare you purchased on www.waicutravel.com will be compared to the airfare on the other site at the last point immediately prior to purchase. Fares must be compared with like fare restrictions, so for example if an unrestricted airfare is purchased on www.waicutravel.com, it will not qualify for the Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise is compared to a restricted airfare found on another website.
The Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise does not apply to lower airfares that are available on www.waicutravel.com or to refundable tickets that you choose to refund.
Travel Guard Business Travel Services reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
The Low Fare Promise does not apply to unpublished rates that are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include but are not limited to corporate discount airfares, government fares, and military fares, meeting fares, wholesaler fares or consolidator fares.
The Low Fare Promise does not apply to package fares, such as airfares sold as part of a travel package.
The Low Fare Promise does not apply to airfares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after the purchase, nor does it apply to differences of less that $5 or to service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-ticket and other fees not charged on the airline ticket.
The Low Fare Promise does not apply to total airfares on another website that have been reduced as a result of promotional discount, such as dollars off coupons, loyalty program discounts or fly free offers.

Verification of claims and coupon redemption

Following submission of a claim, the Travel Guard Business Travel Services customer Service Team will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to replicate the lower airfare, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online airfare. Please keep a copy of all such documentations.
Travel Guard Business Travel Services reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
Upon receipt of proof of travel verification of the lower airfare, Travel Guard Business Travel Services will send you a coupon in an amount equal to the $50 USD for each eligible ticket purchased as part of the same confirmed reservation on www.waicutravel.com One coupon will be issued per each traveler purchase. You can expect to receive your coupon number within 10-15 business days upon verification of your claim.
Coupon is valid toward future purchases of travel products booked within one year of the coupon number issue date. To redeem a coupon on a new purchase, the new purchase must equal or exceed the total amount of the coupon. Coupons are non transferable. Extensions will not be permitted and coupons will not be replaced or reissued for any reason.
Coupons are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable or assignable and may not be purchased or auctioned and attempt to do so will result in the voiding of the coupon number. Coupons have no cash value.
Coupons will only be issued to the Travel Guard Business Travel Services member account under which the qualifying airfare purchase was made.
The coupon is the sole and exclusive compensation that will be provided for Travel Guard Business Travel Services’ failure to fulfill its Low Fare Promise
If your qualifying purchase on www.waicutravel.com is for a refundable ticket and you later refund the ticket, and coupon issued in connection with the Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise as a result of your having submitted a claim based on finding a fare lower than the fare you paid on the refunded ticket will become void and invalid. If your qualifying purchase is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, your claim or any issued coupon number will not be valid.
To redeem your coupon you will need to complete a new purchase on www.waicutravel.com or via a Travel Guard Business Travel Services Consultant as outlined above and send an e-mail to corporate@marathontravel.com. Containing the following information about your new purchase:
- E-mail address of your Travel Guard Business Travel Services account
- Coupon number code (this will be the coupon number code # we sent to you via e-mail or via US mail)
- Coupon amount
- The booking number of the purchase you made at www.waicutravel.com or via a Travel Guard Business Travel Services travel Consultant.

Restrictions

Void where prohibited by law. Travel Guard Business Travel Services reserves the right to modify the Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise at any time with out prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise Terms and Conditions on the www.waicutravel.com website. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise and the Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise Terms and Conditions from the www.waicutravel.com website. If the Travel Guard Business Travel Services Low Fare Promise is canceled for any reason, the coupon numbers issued will continue to be valid until their expiration date.
