Cornerstone Information System, also known as Res-Q
CX is a quality control software used for
the WAICU Travel Solutions Program.
Cornerstone provides numerous modules that offer
low fare availability, preferred seat selection,
and quality control of all aspects specific to your
program, including negotiated rates for airline,
hotel and car.
- Low Fare Availability –
The WAICU Travel Solutions Program offers access
to up-to-the-second pricing for fare increases or
decreases. Reservations with re-pricing opportunities
are noted and returned for re-booking/ticketing.
Reservations are rechecked daily up to the time
of departure, ensuring the traveler of the lowest
possible fare at time of travel and within any internal
corporate travel policy guidelines.
- Preferred Seat/Frequent Flyer Upgrades
– The WAICU Travel Solutions Program
offers preferred seat selection when available.
Seat requests can be made for an aisle, window,
right/left side, front/back, bulkhead. In addition,
priority seating based on frequent flyer status
for upgrading purposes is available.
- Waitlist Clearance – The
WAICU Travel Solutions Program continually checks
seat availability. When a desired seat is found,
it is booked and the agent is notified. The clearance
date, time and flight information is saved for a
cleared report.
